AutoShop Recruiting has closed out its first year of business having placed over 225 automotive professionals in positions across the U.S. and Canada, according to a press release.

A division of AutoShop Answers, Brian Rhodes founded AutoShop Recruiting in 2023, now serving as its managing partner. Rhodes brings 15 years of experience working in recruiting, including eight years specializing in automotive talent acquisition and six years leading the recruitment team at Christian Brothers Automotive.

Utilizing AI-powered tools for data mining and streamlining candidate sourcing, AutoShop Recruiting claims it can locate contact information for 80% of the country's workforce. 

In its 14 months of operation, it has partnered with 48 brands and over 150 auto repair shops, and is on track to double its first-year revenue in 2025.
